Increasing Hatred

The Bible has lots to say about the end times. Jesus warned His followers about the evil days ahead and gave indications about the coming terror. One of the signs He talked about is the lawlessness and hatred that will become common among people groups. And regarding the intensity and frequency of this phenomena is compared to delivery pain. By this we should positively realize the imminence of Christ’s return.

And you will hear of wars and threats of wars, but don’t panic. Yes, these things must take place, but the end won’t follow immediately. Nation will go to war against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in many parts of the world. But all this is only the first of the birth pains, with more to come.
(Matthew 24:6‭-‬8 NLT)

In light of Bible’s warning as we look around our world today we understand how true the Bible is. We have seen things happen exactly as they were recorded on its pages. Seeing the degree of hatred between people groups in various nations of the world we can conclude that these are the last days. We are drawing closer to the rapture of the Church.

You should know this, Timothy, that in the last days there will be very difficult times. For people will love only themselves and their money. They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents, and ungrateful. They will consider nothing sacred. They will be unloving and unforgiving; they will slander others and have no self-control. They will be cruel and hate what is good. They will betray their friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God. They will act religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly. Stay away from people like that!
(2Timothy 3:1‭-‬5 NLT)

It also confirms another important fact that the Bible is true and trustworthy. It is the eternal infallible Word of God given to mankind. Reading, believing and obeying it is the way to eternal life. It will reveal God’s will and plan for your life.
